Could she be a demonstration eagle if everything heals but her coracoid? Do you go to schools, etc to do meet and greet with the birds?
Hi Sally, thanks for your question. Many of our unreleasable birds do become education animals. We place birds with local organizations that provide public wildlife education and which can offer the animals high quality facilities and long term care. We have links to some of these partners on our education page. In Trust’s case, it is too soon to say whether that would be a good option, but it would certainly be considered.
Wow! Stunningly beautiful! Hope all goes well. Trust is in a great place and in the best hands. Hoping and praying for a full and speedy recovery.
Thank you, Rosie! So far so good! I hope all is well with you and yours.
