One of Owl Moon’s regular festival partners, Tom Newquist started doing education programs on birds of prey nearly 30 years ago and has been running Raptor’s Eye for over a decade. He currently cares for about a dozen birds, including a Merlin, Broad-Winged Hawk, American Kestrels, and several Screech Owls, including a few Owl Moon alumni! Raptor’s Eye will be displaying both Eastern and Western Screech Owls at our November 8 festival.
