While Owl Moon does not offer tours, we occasionally offer educational programs for children and adults on a per request basis. Programs are available to groups of ten or more participants. Youth groups must be accompanied by at least two adult chaperones. The recommended donation for educational programs is $20 per person. Activities may include:
- Educational presentation
- Constructing nest baskets
- Building nest boxes
- Building perches
Due to our limited staff, we cannot accommodate drop-ins. Contact us to determine whether we can accommodate your group.
While there are limited educational opportunities, every November Owl Moon hosts a festival for the public to come out and celebrate raptors! Educational stations and opportunities to see raptors up close are available to everyone!
