Liz Dennison has worked with birds of prey for over 18 years as an educator, rehabilitator, and falconer. She founded Secret Garden Birds & Bees in 2016 to share her love of raptors and spread the word about the essential role they play in healthy ecosystems. Secret Garden currently cares for seven birds of prey. She is also a volunteer on the Wildlife Rescue League Helpline, connecting people who find injured, sick, or orphaned wild animals with local wildlife resources. Liz’s talk at our November 8 festival will feature a Red-Tailed Hawk, American Kestrel, Great Horned Owl, and two others that were rehabbed at Owl Moon Raptor Center!
